Update on 18-month old Doclan. PRAISE! The biopsy was negative. The doctors are doing more tests as they did find inflammation and infection in his stomach. Pray for wisdom for the doctors, hedge of protection around Doclan and for his grandmother, Phyllis, for peace, comfort, strength and most of all salvation. Her brother, Vernon, is in his 50's and a very bad diabetic - he doesn't take good care of himself. He's angry and abusive to his daughter who lives with him and takes care of him. She's a single mom with a baby so please pray for a hedge of protection around her and her child.
Pray for my daughter, Jennifer, having problems with her chest - her heart rate is up. Pray for her healing and thank you so much.
Praise Report! Rafael Rivero had outpatient surgery 9/3 and it turned out well. He's home. Continue to pray for his mother, Marta, who has health issues. We're trusting the Lord's healing for the two of them.
Update on Daphine. It's a PRAISE! Went to the doctor on 9/3 and the results from the eye tests showed no stroke in her eye. Continue to pray for her next week as she has more tests to find out why this is happening to her sight. Thank you so much for praying and we ask for good test resutls, wisdom for the doctor and a hedge of protection around Daphine.
Please pray for the Nicols family - he has lost his job and she is pregnant with a little girl with a heart condition and will probably need surgery once born - they have two sweet little boys - please pray for their family.
I am living with my parents (both in their 80's) and we moved on 9/3 due to foreclosure on the house. This has been really tough on me - taking care of them and going through all this emotional stress. Pray for God to give me peace. I ask the Lord to really give me the peace I need right now and to know God is with me and everything is going to be ok. I attend FBCN. My father is having radiation treatments right now and this has all been so overwhelming to me. Pray for me that I can feel the Lord's presence and peace and know He's guiding me. Thank You.
Dianna took a terrible fall down the stairs and broke her arm in two places and shattered her wrist. Her arm is in a cast and she will undergo reconstructive surgery for her wrist this Wednesday (tomorrow 9/8) and told she will be in a cast 8-12 weeks. Pray for the doctor's widom, compassion from the nurses, and patience for Dianna as she undergoes this surgery. Pray God's mercy for the surgery to go without incident and healing is uncomplicated - Thank you for your time and courtesy of prayer.

Pray that my husband, Steve, may be able to get a liver transplant while we are here in Indianapolis. We are still waiting to find out if Medicade will take care of the $350,000 expense. It would be so much better to have all our family and friends around us - IF and WHEN - we have not been told yet that he's going to have this transplant - just getting ready in case. The VA has 3 sites in TN, PA, and VA but we've been told the VA is extremely slow in getting anything done - so want you to know how grateful we are for your prayers there at FBCN and we thank you so very much for praying for us. We've been so blessed by FBCN and all of you and just can't thank you enough - have a pleasant week.
Please pray for Elizabeth and her family for travel mercies this week. Also, pray for 3 friends with cancer and one of them is not saved. Also, pray for Matthew who is going into boot camp this week. Thank you very much for your prayers.
Our daughter, Alison, is 23 and starting her second year of law school in Washington DC (busiest year). She has been diagnosed with mono and has strep throat as well. She has been sick for about 4 weeks already, antiobiotics were not helping so finally the mono test. Please pray for healing for her and a miracle as she discerns how to move forward this fall, how to adjust her activity, accomplish what she needs to and trust the Lord for the rest (whatever that may be)and for the ability to eat well and sleep plenty.
